Patient Notice:

The reception team are doing their best to deal with a hugely increased number of telephone calls. Abusive and aggressive phone calls are distressing and will not be tolerated.

Our protocol is that a patient will be called by a GP to assess their condition and if deemed clinically necessary the patient will be asked to attend the Surgery for a physical examination. Reception staff cannot make this decision please do not shout at them.

To maintain social distancing the waiting room can safely accommodate limited numbers. This protocol is to protect you, other patients and our staff.
